What are the galactic houses? If they are realated to the plane of the galaxy as seen from earth and they refer to specific galactic structure, then they are mutable during the galactic year and seem like they should be more akin to the planets. What you have called the houses would relate to the aspects of the galaxy that you so eloquently detailed. There is nothing corresponding to the galactic zoo. Such a thing would have to rely on transgalactic strunctures. Other than that, it looks interesting. I hope you don't get too lazy working on this.
